At GreenLineTraders.online, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return rules carefully.


1. General Policy

Because our products include live plants and seeds, special rules apply.
We only accept refunds or replacements under certain conditions listed below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

a) Damaged Plant Delivery

  • If the plant arrives dead, completely broken, or severely damaged.
  • You must send clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

If you received the wrong plant or seeds compared to your order, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

c) Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, we will resend or refund that item.


3. Items NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds are NOT provided if:

  • Plant condition worsens due to improper care after delivery.
  • Seed germination fails (because it depends on climate, soil, and care).
  • Customer changes mind after order dispatch.
  • Accurate address or contact information was not provided by the customer leading to failed delivery.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase:

  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

Refunds may take 3–7 working days to appear in your account.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos as proof.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
